How does what you believe become your experience?
It is a fact that we, as humans, do what we feel like doing, not what we think we should be doing. We are a very emotionally driven species. Where do emotions come from? They come from what you believe! What you believe leads to your emotions, for better or worse.
Your emotions drive behavior
When your mindset is positive, your emotions are also positive. This leads to resourceful behavior. When your beliefs are positive you are motivated to do what you need to do to achieve your goals. But when your beliefs are negative, you are not motivated. In fact you may block yourself from success through self-sabotage, inaction, or other unresourceful behaviors.
Your false beliefs are like blinders
Your beliefs are not facts. In fact many of your beliefs are mere delusions. It is these limiting ideas that blind you from seeing the solution which is right in front of you.
